Where can I get my pay stub?
To view your weekly pay stubs, log into your paycard account by visiting our employee self-service tab. You can also visit our office to request a copy of your pay stubs
When and how will I get my W-2?
In accordance with Federal Law, we mail W-2s in late January to your most recent address on file.
If the address in our system is no longer correct, come to our office, show us a valid I.D. with your new address, and we’ll provide a copy of your W-2. We’ll update your address in our system while you’re there.

How can I earn paid time off for vacation?
You must have worked 1,600 hours in a rolling one-year period from the date of hire and have no unexcused absences six months prior to the requested time off to be eligible for paid time off.
How can I receive paid time off for holidays?
You must have worked at least 1,200 hours during the year since the same holiday the previous year and have no unexcused absences six months prior to the requested holiday.
How can I qualify for medical insurance?
To qualify for medical insurance, you must work an average of 30 hours per week for the first year of your employment.
What should I wear to work?
Unless instructed otherwise, all work assignments require:
- A clean Staffline shirt.
- Well-padded and ventilated shoes. No open-toe or open-heel styles. (Tennis shoes are best.)
- Well-fitted khakis or jeans.
- Pants that are pulled up and belted.
- No loose or baggy clothing.
- Pulled back and secured long hair, jewelry, or hanging clothing, for safety reasons.
